Excellent Platform - Amazing Customer Service

Easy to use, great support! It was easy for my staff members who are not tech savvy as well as myself to get started with our new blog site. We were up and running in minutes of learning how to set it all up. I am still trying to figure out what we can do better but so far everything has been amazing!! They have helped us from start-to-finish which makes me feel like they really care about their customers success. Great customer service and super friendly people too! The only thing that might…

Decent solution - not great at anything unique

It has been easy to use, with no glitches or errors in my first few months of using it for this purpose. I like that there's some customization options available if you want them (aside from having multiple themes). But they don't offer much beyond what your average WordPress blog offers out-of-the box. We've used it as our main website but are now looking into alternatives as well since we're still learning how to manage all aspects of a site ourselves rather than have someone else take care…
