I received my thread very quickly. The colors are beautiful with multiple shades of most colors. Lots of thread on the spool. Delivery is a little slow, but received within 24 hours after shipment. I have attached a photo of the outside and inside of the box upon arrival. Every other coil is upside down, but it's easy to flip and check the colors. All spools are marked with the corresponding Brother color number. Nice that there are so many colors for such a price. Highly recommended for anyone

I bought this thread to use with my Brother SE400. I used about 20 spools out of 63 and had no problems with thread breakage. All the problems I've had using my machine have been due to user error. I only had one problem with one particular spool of red thread - I couldn't find the loose end of the thread and ended up cutting it off. It comes with some spools of thread turned upside down/facing other spools. This doesn't bother me as my bobbins are stored on a similar wooden stand to this one…

This picture in the box is wrong! The colors are not grouped by family colors as shown on the display! You can tell I'm picky and I could order them by color if I wanted to. And if they were placed in the showcase, you would be right. But this box is totally misleading and wrong. Being new to machine embroidery I decided to buy this inexpensive thread to learn and practice. I have THE Dream Machine Innov XV8500D and I have no problem with this thread. It's shiny, doesn't chip, not as thick and durable as the brands we know, but I use it to learn or try. You can take a black marker and write the number and color on the side/bottom of the thread, e.g. thread number sticker below. So instead of picking up every thread and checking the number you see, just look sideways…

Update: I went to the first embroidery class where I bought my own machine. The instructor was a professional seamstress and was embroidering next to the shop where I bought my car. She was assigned to teach in the classroom. After the class she saw me laying out my threads and started asking me where I bought such high quality threads in such a beautiful color scheme. When I told her about Revain and the price I paid, she was shocked. She told me it was a very good thread at an amazing price…
