Trim peels off very easily, warm water and cotton removed the trim like a sticker. Delta customer service was rude and insisted I use chemicals. Spend a little more money and buy from a reputable company. So disappointed I spent all that money and had the plumber turn off the tub/shower/faucets only for me to have to do it all over again 6 months BC it looks like dumped garbage

I am very satisfied with this bath and shower set. The design is sleek and the matte black finish looks great. The spray from the shower head is wide and the pressure is good (although this may have more to do with my installation than anything else). The temperature is easy to regulate and everything works as expected. Some other reviews have mentioned that many of the parts are plastic. That's right. But it doesn't seem to be a problem. Everything looks great and works fine.

Please note that draft is not included. Still trying to install. Directions stink. Has multiple directions for different fittings but only comes with one. The outlet connector has only one fitting/fixture which is not listed in the pre-purchase description. Parts mostly plastic, for $200 you'd think it was metal. Also for the black trim model, the ON and OFF buttons shown in the picture are NOT what they look like. Very cheap. Looks nice. But the reason for the low stars is that the flow of water from the tub spout is incredibly slow! It doesn't matter how good it looks if it can't be used to fill a bathtub.
