I'm not new to DIY projects. I finished my entire bare concrete basement and this product has left me and my local hardware store at a loss. They turned a simple screw on a tub faucet into a Rubik's Cube. The instructions show 4 different options for fitting a bathtub faucet to a threaded copper or metal pipe. Excellent. Except there's no way to use metal tubing with parts provided. The only option is to use copper by sweating or the adapter that comes with it. I spent way too much time and money on this bathtub faucet. Looks good but too expensive for chromed plastic. I'm glad to get it and be done with it.
