⚙️ Enhanced Intercooler Charge Pipe Kit for Ford Powerstroke 6.0L (2003-2007) by Sinister Diesel Review

I bought a cheaper version about a year ago and due to a lot of problems I went with the sinister one. I had zero problems. The packaging is excellent, the visual aesthetics are top. It handles 40 pounds of boost with no issues. I definitely recommend this to everyone.

No mechanical problems. I have complaints so I gave 3 runs instead of 5. 1 of which was that the powder coating on the tubes I received was a slightly lighter shade of blue. Which doesn't sit well with the rest of the sinister products. 2, the T-bolt clamps pictured with grade 10 screws actually contain grade 5 screws. Other than that they appear to be of good quality.

Charger kit purchased in September 2017 for 2003 f350 6L. truck doesn't run. Standard turbo but aftermarket intercooler and exhaust to reduce under hood heat. The truck didn't even get 20,000 miles with the kit, and the dust boot flew off the turbine. The photo shows that the silicone in the clamping part has disappeared and the thread is visible.
