Did the job with no problems.

Grandkids installed it on my car with no problem. Excellent quality item. The item was well packaged and we received it quickly.

Fuel leak continued on 2004 6.0 with stroke

Didn't seat properly on my 2004 Super Duty 6.0 and kept leaking, tried turning it on 3 or 4 times with the same result. Factory back and it's sealed immediately.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons

Terrible impression

Flowed on from below. It turns out that the hex bolts are too short and unreliable! Feakn a nightmare and waste of time and money. Went to Napa and bought OEM for $54 and it worked. But hey, Sinister looks great in blue! Ha.

Get rid of costly repairs with this product!

This is a great upgrade for your stock system and will save you from exploding injectors. Installed in about 20 minutes after watching a few YouTube videos on how to do it. I installed this on my 03 F350 as soon as I bought the truck based on the recommendation of those who didn't have it installed and have run out of fuel injectors.

Pros
  • Great overall performance
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Does not match fuel pressure sensor

Sounds good. Well built good quality. I installed it on my 6.0 Powerstoke but had to go back to the factory OEM because I was trying to install a fuel pressure sensor and it didn't fit the sinister diesel. Much scarier. Sinister still uses factory Ford springs and o-rings. Looks like it came up with a sinister design with a fuel pressure sensor in mind. Good

Dissatisfied. Installed the regulator and a week later.

Not satisfied. Installed the regulator and a week later the car would not start. They took the car for diagnostics, it turned out that the regulator was defective from the factory. This drained the injectors and now I have 4 bad injectors and 4 that are downstream. I spoke directly to Sinister and he was told directly that they would not do anything about the injectors their unit had smashed. I wouldn't pay a penny for it!

Ez install at Valves & Parts

My first diesel experience. No diesel type. Can disassemble and reassemble a petrol engine but is nervous about diesels. Great instructions, easy installation. I don't have an FP sensor so I can't tell you about that aspect, but I replaced the factory spring. No problem. The big blue body looks cool under the hood 👍🏻 *edit* I still can't express how important the fuel pressure sensor is! Was it maybe a year? I lost an injector and while it wasn't working and before putting new injectors in I…
