    Just the right weight

    This review is based on the navy blue hooded robe i purchased. It is just the right weight for me. Its medium thickness and has some weight to it. It would be heavier if wet. When i read it was 100% cotton, i assumed there would be some shrinkage - so i sprang for the XL. But if you like large the sizing is accurate - even after washing. I am 6’0/175 pounds. If you get one - wash it first in cold water and the dry cycle for cotton.

    My 15 year old loves it👍

    Overall a great robe I was a little disappointed today when I pulled it out of the dryer it seemed a little rough looking but, again, overall I’m satisfied. My 15-year-old son loves it👍

    It could have been a bit softer cotton but I suppose a few washes will do that. The color isn't very rich. I got the burgundy and it's a bit ho hum but ok. Hoping it holds together after a couple washes. Will update later.

    Nice cotton robe with a hood

    This robe has a very good price for value ratio. It fits and absorbes the water as I expected. I can put it on right after pool or shower, unlike the synthetic robes. A hood is also something what is nice to have in a robe.

    Good for my 9yr old

    I bought this for my 9 yr going on 10 yr old son he usually is a l-xl in kids I couldn’t find anywhere a towel robe for his size so I decided to go for men’s small , it drags a little but I’m sure this robe will last him at least until he’s a young adult . Love the fact that is towel material and not fleece . Super absorbing doesn’t shed . Great buy !

    Very Terry but Not Very Durable

    I had originally been favorably impressed by this cotton terry robe.That was before threads started unraveling.This is most definitely not one of those ultra-deluxe terry robes you find at five-star hotels, but I have found that those are too bulky -- especially in the sleeves -- for everyday use.This is kind of a medium weight, warm but not too heavy.I'm not sure what to make of the hood; I've never had a hooded robe before.     GREAT TERRY CLOTH ROBE

    This is a nice terry cloth robe for bath or spa use. It's soft, light weight and washes up nicely. My husband is a trim, 6 foot tall guy and this is almost to his ankles. It has a hood on the robe which is nice when coming in from our outside shower in our hot tub gazebo. I got the 2X size for him so if it shrank it would still fit; its large on him but the tie is short for the size of the robe. If it annoys him too much, I'll sew in a extender with the same colored hand towel. So 4 stars…

    Decent robe good for me

    I use a robe to go to and from my Jacuzzi every day, and this one definitely works. It is very long, but fits otherwise, and it has a hood which could be a plus on certain days. But on the downside, it is not as thick as other robes I own. So it is good, but not great.

    Nice robe for the money

    This robe is really comfortable, has a tie that stays tied, and loops that are the right placement. The hood is great for when it is a little chilly. It isn't super-luxurious like some hotel robes, but I didn't want one that thick and restrictive. This one is warm enough and comfy enough that it can be worn everyday. Overall, a great buy.

    Great value for a robe

    My son is 5’10” and it’s a great length for him. I like the hood for looks but he said he probably wouldn’t use it. The robe came out soft and if washed correctly I hope it remains soft. Not quite as thick as other robes but for my son it is perfect. Color looks rich. Overall great value.

    I really like these robes. Since I like them a little on the large size I went with an XL. It is just what I wanted. These are true to size. I normally take a large and it would have been fine.

    I like this bathrobe. I wanted one that was terry just like a towel. I bought the size recommended for me. It's really big on me. I'm guessing it's going to shrink some and I do like them a little big so it should work out well. I'm definitely going to keep it.

    Not worth the money

    This robe turned out to be not worth the money for one very simple reason: It never stopped shedding. It seemed fine at first, but then we started noticing navy blue lint everywhere. I mean, all over the house. It was just was the weirdest thing. Washing it didn't help, but in fact, made it worse. And after it was washed, there were all these loose threads hanging off of it. Honestly, you get what you pay for and while this wasn't the most inexpensive option, it really was not well-made and the

    i had an old, tattered, all cotton one very similar to this, except this one has a hood. i wore the sleeves off of the old one sigh. this one is big, fluffy, and warm. i have one of those ridiculous plush robes too. i've stopped wearing that one. at a very similar price, this one, made of towel fabric is MUCH better.
