I shrugged off other reviews when they mentioned how long it takes for this unit to boot up and start playing music, but that's why I wanted to return it. Starts in just minutes when you start the car. Other issues include additional features that require constant Wi-Fi connection, an absolutely terrible built-in FM transmitter, and very slow touchscreen performance. It's a good looking radio and the features are amazing in theory, but it just falls short of the mark.

We bought the Tour because of the touchscreen, which was mostly unresponsive or laggy, as were the side buttons. You can add a favorites list, but it typically only loads once in 20 and then stops loading completely after the first few weeks of use. I updated the software to the latest version but it didn't solve any of the problems. Finally, the download takes a few minutes before you can even start listening to the song. This radio appears to be a pre-beta version and not a full product ready

I love this radio so much I won't be keeping it. My biggest disappointment is the lack of presets and how the presets work. When I scroll through my presets select one, when I return to my presets they return to the beginning not where I left off. I really like the touchscreen but it's missing all the buttons so navigating the channels takes longer. It's more of a gimmick than anything. I am returning this product. Poor Sirius/XM performance. As others have said, it takes forever to load. If you only make a quick trip to the grocery store, it won't load on the way or the way back. All you see while driving is the logo. The WLAN decoupling (also called iOS hotspot) is annoying. You cannot access voice control if you are not connected to your smartphone. I was pleased that Radio Tour integrated their all access service as much as possible.
