I have a Siroflex that I've used for years and really like but broke at one point. I looked for a replacement and it was close but not the same. It's got Siroflex branding and 'Made in Italy', but if that's the case, they've changed their design a bit. It still has a large range of motion, but the water is more restricted by the smaller hole diameter in the swivel. I could live with that, but the fatal flaw is that the silver lead, which switches from pour to spray, is now too loose. It's too…

New sprayer works very well but consider it a one-time use. After about a month, the spray/flow trigger begins to tighten and tighten, eventually requiring two hands to operate. The silicone spray might loosen it up a bit, but it will never work as smoothly as the new one had. With metal from other manufacturers (Whedon) the same problem. I am very satisfied with my Siroflex Twin Pivot Sprayer. It's durable, well built (a sad rarity in today's age of throwaway garbage), and it's greatly improved the water pressure in my kitchen sink (my water at home is set at about 65psi, so my mediocre pressure was caused by an old aerator) . This is just fantastic. It's much better than the Ultra Euro Jet it replaced and costs half the price. I had no problem connecting it to the kitchen faucet and it only required a light hand tightening. I could easily tighten it a lot more, but only enough to keep it running without leaks. No leaks on first try. The two ball joints work easily and reliably and do not leak. I've had a Siroflex aerator before, it was great. But when I got a new faucet with a built-in nozzle, I didn't have an adapter to put it back on. I have since tried several other brands and none of them have worked well. All rotators break easily, have a bulky form factor, or leak. I bought this device with high expectations based on my experience. But it worked again. Although not as bad as competing products I've tried. I think the problem lies in the material of the head screw and its depth.
