This is a great option. When size matters

This is my twelfth tripod; my fourth mini tripod or vlog style tripod. I prefer it to my two Joby Gorrilapods and even my Manfrotto Pixie. The main advantage over pixies is height and girth. Pixie is compact and light. If you need a little more expansion, this is a great option. If size matters, I recommend pixie. The ball head on my Sony a6500 with 10-18mm f4 is more stable than the Manfrotto Pixie pan head.

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Not bad

Great compact tripod

Bought this after being very disappointed with my Gorillapod. I just got it yesterday so don't know about durability but if it's anything like my Sirui ball head it should be fine. I love that it came with a short center column, which was unexpected. Desktop mode is great for some macro and product shots from my Sony A7Riii. My only concern is that the included ball head doesn't have a separate pan control, so I removed it and used the Colorado Mini ball head, which is very similar in size but…

Pros
  • Good workmanship
Cons
  • Expensive insurance

My only concern is that the included ball head doesn't have a separate pan control, so I removed it and used the Colorado Mini ball head, which is very similar in size but allows for individual pan control.

Not perfect but I couldn't find any

This is one of the best mini tripods but it's not perfect. First, the legs are a bit short, making it dangerously close to tipping over unless your center of gravity is very close to the center column. I wish they were an inch or two longer. Second, a nice smooth and calibrated ballhead base is useless as it is released by the same knob as the ball itself. Loosen the ball and what's the point in the palette? Your camera will flop. Build quality is good, all construction is metal but I would…

Pros
  • Tripods and monopods
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

As a table tripod, the "according to requirements" is a good choice. However, this qualification is crucial. Pros: - Very durable metal construction. I have a great Sirui travel tripod. This is just a mini version of it - Detachable center column allows you to lower the height for more stability (good for outdoors where it can get windy) - Compact - fits easily in a jacket pocket or very small camera bag - Legs with Rubber ends to prevent slipping. The head is hard and smooth; The locking knobs
