Something odd about this roll

First of all I use A LOT of Siser EasyWeed HTV so I just want to talk about that. This reel was not of the same quality as any previous ones I have used. I've never used this color before, but all of the other Siser EasyWeed colors I've used have been the same in texture and appearance. My choice of vinyl brand is

I am a small business owner specializing in personalization and customization. I use vinyl in many of my projects. I tried different vinyls of different brands and price ranges. No matter what, I keep coming back to the Siser brand. My customers have never complained about how they are worn or washed. I advise my customers to wash in cold water, not to use fabric softener and not to tumble dry the clothes. I've also used Siser on a variety of fabrics including burlap and it sticks to everything
