USB-C Safe Power for Surface

Much better than USB for connecting unprotected cables. You can keep it plugged in permanently and connect/disconnect the USB PD cable safely. Works well with my Anker PD chargers

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Factor Set

My Surface Go 2 hasn't exploded yet

I haven't tested it with a factory charger but I think the speed may change depending on the power of your power bank. Charging doesn't feel particularly slow and the USB port on the side works. The case on my device looks cheap, the USB port is difficult to use because the tolerances are too tight. I bought a USB-a to USB-c adapter and haven't thought about it since. We also recommend purchasing a right angle USB cable, otherwise the underside of the cable head may rest on the table.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • The cable is shorter than others

Not compatible with the latest version of Microsoft Surface Pro

I was so excited to try this adapter because Surface Pro definitely needs more than one USB port and the one it has is only USB-A and this adapter would add USB-C which would be great but it doesn't fit . my latest Microsoft Surface Pro.

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Very useful adapter

I was looking for an alternative charger for my old Surface 4 Pro. With a crowded power strip, switching chargers for the only non-Type-C device I had left was a hassle. And when I saw this adapter, I decided to give it a try. First of all it works and allows you to use the Type-C charger very well on my Surface Pro. However, there are two minor problems. First, the poor quality of the plastic. I won't complain too much as this is a very unique device. However, even plugging something into the…

Useful adapter - one less thing

Surface Pro devices have many advantages - they combine the performance of a Windows laptop with a very portable tablet form factor (with or without an additional keyboard cover). But prior to the 8th gen, they had one major drawback – they didn't yet use USB-C for connecting OR charging. While the Surface's connection port works well (and is well magnetized, making it quick to connect), it's not that easy to find. I/O via a standard USB-A 3.0 port and a mini DisplayPort is fine, but it would…
