The ease of use! I love how easy this program was for me as an individual user! It had all of my information needed already set up when i purchased (company info etc.)It does take time getting used too but once its done everything works well like sending alerts if something goes missing/stolen ect..I am able t send emails directly through sitelines also which makes life easier than having 2 programs open at same timeto do so!! I like the way it can be used for multiple employees and multiple assets. I dislike the fact that it can be quite difficult to learn how to use it. It does not have an easy to use user interface, so it can be quite hard to learn how to use it. It is not very intuitive. I do not like that it is not very user friendly. I tried to use their free version but couldn't because they didn't provide me with a link to download their software. I'm a bit frustrated because they have great reviews and everything. So I decided to give their paid version a try. I was pleasantly surprised with their app. I would highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a good siteline software.
