SitePro 13 590 2 5X Precision Hand Level Review

This item was purchased but there is no bubble to indicate if you are level or not, only horizontal contour lines. Is there a way to contact the seller?

I am an old engineer. This is a good hand level for the field. Works well when the electronics don't work. Use for field trials. Good backup. Hope that helps?

Decent quality but only lasted about 6 months in the field with moderate use and fell apart internally. The device cannot be opened for repairs, but a small hole on the top lets dust through, which is difficult to clean. I couldn't find any information on the internet about returning it for repair.

This is the same level of craftsmanship from the past that David White was in name only. Previously, orange paint was dropped instead of yellow. I use this daily at 75ft with no issues (with a survey stick). The best hand scale I've ever used.

There was glue or something similar on the inner spirit level. The paint was thin around the edges and cracked in a few places. I sent it back. For the price I expected better quality. As with most Chinese-made products, the quality was questionable.

Bought as a Christmas present for my dad last year on the advice of a website that gave me lists of "Dad's Handy Items". The success surpassed anything I could have hoped for - my father used it to build a massive creek bridge on the family farm, leveled steel beams, rebar and several 500 pound cement piers with it. Worth the money. The only downside is that the climb is not big. And there's nothing wrong with the tool, it just didn't live up to my expectations a bit since I'm used to using a 5x more expensive building level. If you want to read the markings on the ruler from any distance, just make sure the graduations and numbers on the ruler are BIG.
