🧥 SITKA Fanatic Jacket in Optifade Elevated pattern Review

This jacket eliminates the need for an extra hand warmer. The rangefinder pocket is ideally placed. Well designed. Expensive but worth the investment if you are serious about hunting.

I have several Sitka styles and this one goes well with the others. Very good transitional/off-season coat for milder but cooler days.

The only thing for it$ it must have a drawstring waist and the chest pocket must be with a valve without a chest valve it can catch water like a cup. Material great zippers great design great workmanship super cuddly and warm runs a bit smaller.

An interesting device. The thick insulation and the outer material are great. The diagonal zipper is a bit unusual, but you can't get used to it. My biggest complaint is the fit, it's too short. My height is 6ft 175lbs. and Big isn't even waist high. I think they expect something from you, apart from the bibs that go to him. Nice jacket but not what I would wear. Finally returned it.

Typical Sitka - excellent quality, insanely expensive, incredibly functional. However, I would pay again. The quietest jacket I've ever worn (except when the cord ripped the sleeve of the biggest goat I've ever faced - but that's bad manners on my part). The pockets are perfect, the jacket is very comfortable - the size definitely runs small - now I order a size up (especially for layering). Not insanely warm - IMO good for sitting for hours in your 40s or hunting in your 30s.

I have purchased several Sitka products since the release of the new Elevated II. I vacillated between a light Fanatic jacket and a normal Fanatic jacket and ended up with a light one. I received the jacket yesterday and am very pleased. I highly recommend this product. The side zip is a bit awkward at first, but once you get the hang of it, it works great.
