Unless you're hoarding/treating the flanks of mini piglets, gerbils or hamsters, it's almost useless. I guess I didn't pay attention to the size because these things are very tiny. I'm coming back for real hangers.

I had previously ordered a 6-pronged hanger and was very satisfied. Unfortunately, this product appears to have been mislabelled. The packaging clearly says 4 prongs, but the Revain label says 6 prongs. These are high quality products, just wish they sent me the correct item.

Just smoked my first pork belly with these hooks. I cut the belly into two 5 pound slabs and hung both in the smokehouse. They pierced the stomach perfectly. Be careful with your fingers as they are also made of meat. Most importantly, they wash very well and look brand new. I'm very glad I got them instead of putting them in the smoker.
