You get what you pay for!

3 out of 10 clamps broke when tightened. At 2 the case collapsed and at 3 the screw head broke off. May be suitable for low pressure hoses but are useless for use on a 1" irrigation pipe that is intended to be buried. I bought Scandvik clamps instead - they're worth every penny in comparison.

  • Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Plumbing
Cons

Wrong size #4. Brackets too big. Supplier DOES NOT allow returns

These were advertised as size 4 clamps with a size range of 1/4" to 5/8". NOT CORRECT! The minimum size I can clamp is 9/16" with no real belt shape distortion. I need to go to 5/16 inch, which is within the specified range. The seller does NOT allow returns, so my clips are useless. The quality of the brackets is good. If the description is INCORRECT, the seller and AMAZON must approve the return.

Pros
  • Worm Drive Hose Clamps
Cons
  • There are new competitors

garbage. Believe the negative reviews. I've used them on 1/2 inch ID braided food hose and all the fittings were leaking. I tightened the clamps as tight as I could, but the hose/fitting was still leaking. The thread is VERY rough and will partially seize when tightened. I replaced these clamps with "BREEZE" brand clamps (made in the USA) with the SAME HOSES AND FITTINGS - and NO LEAKS!
