I bought them for a trip to the French Quarters of New Orleans. I made the right choice. These shoes allowed me to run throughout the French Quarter and beyond, even with a foot and leg injury from falling off a 10-foot stair case two days before my trip. Until now I never thought of shoes of this brand for every day and everywhere. While not cheap, this could be the shoe for you. It has a thick, reinforced sole with Max Cushioning. A robust, light shoe with enough support is too rare. The standard lace-up paired with comfortable "Skecherness" and natural leather makes this shoe a real winner. Of course, it still has the thick memory foam bedding that made this brand famous. Highly recommend, but order 1/2 size larger for a good fit.

These shoes are incredibly comfortable! I have had foot problems for years and these extremely soft but very supportive shoes have had a huge impact on my ability to stay on my feet without pain.

Great comfort in a hard-to-find x-width. I will buy again when available. The soles are soft and don't last long when worn on concrete, but it seems like something has to be sacrificed for comfort.

I am a long time New Balance 928v3 customer but they have been out of stock for a long time so I decided to give the Skechers Max Cushioning Elite Lucid a try. I believe Sketchers is the only shoe brand that consistently delivers quality comfort and a perfect fit. This is probably at least my 10th pair and they did not disappoint.

These shoes are the best. It felt like I was floating even after an 8 hour shift. I ordered a second pair because I am very happy with these shoes.

The tear started at the tip of the toe on one shoe. There were no signs of wear on the soles. Sketchers support didn't answer my call and said they were most likely fake. Excellent shoes, genuine leather and thick soles. I actually put in a better insole for more arch support. They also last quite a long time.

I like that it's VERY LARGE so I bought a Dr. Scholl insoles can be placed over the non-removable Goga mat insoles. The shoes themselves are also without my Dr. Scholl very comfortable but they are too wide for my feet if I don't add them. I work on concrete floors so this gives my feet some comfort and reduces the pain. It's not real leather, it's also soft, but it's suitable for my work, so it's ok. hope it lasts
