I bought these shoes primarily as indoor shoes. Comfortable with a soft sole. Feet breathe a little, no sweat accumulation. BUT I live in the country and have a gravel driveway. These shoes are comfortable enough around the house but when I take them to walk the dog the cushion in the shoes is so bad that my knees tremble throbbing with pain afterwards. When I wear the best shoes, my knees are fine. I would not recommend this shoe.

I love these shoes so much I bought five pairs; several different colors. I was battling a terrible case of plantar fasciitis and after wearing these shoes it went away completely.

I like the feel of the upper on my foot and although the shoe fits very well and has excellent cushioning when walking, my foot slips a bit because the upper is so soft. Now I'm rating them again 4 out of 5 because I still like them but since you order shoes online you don't have time to walk in them so you know what it's like. They fit well but pinch my foot a little and get a bit uncomfortable after 8 or 9 hours. That's why I ordered another Sketcher boot with an X-Wide fit, but of course it's too wide. I don't usually have problems with width so I'd say if you have concerns about width you can look elsewhere.

Very nice but no arch support. I put in an arch brace but found it was too tight. So I'm going back. I recommend buying one size larger if using orthotics. I have a fairly narrow foot and would fit well if it weren't for the ball of the foot. If I didn't have these issues I would recommend these shoes.

I love the feel of these shoes. They dampen well and have a pretty good arc. I bought shoes 7.5 and they fit me. The base is a bit narrow though. When I walk with them to play with my dog in our garden, my foot slides off the side of the sole. If they were slippers, they would immediately come loose and twist. The upper helps but it would be better if there was a wider sole to prevent slipping.
