This is the second time we are wearing these shoes this summer. They are perfect for PNW, moving from the playground to the woods and water without wasting a second. The fold-down back makes the fit flexible and comfortable for running in the garden or slipping in for a quick stroll to the beach. We used to wear different brands every summer, but now we find them to be more versatile and more attractively priced.

My 7 year old wears them to kindergarten every day. She spends her time outdoors on hard concrete surfaces, on the grass, in the sandpit and by the pool. These shoes are easy to wash and keep clean, and the toe and heel areas are wear-resistant. The back of the crease doesn't come out as clean as the rest of the shoe and the white piping around the base on one of the shoes has come off. All in all a good summer shoe for active kids.

These are really cute shoes, very similar to more expensive brands but with a neoprene based heel which I thought was better faster to put on (and more moisture friendly). The fit was also good for my daughter's wide feet. However, less than a week later, while on vacation, the neoprene lining on both shoes came undone, as if the stitching wasn't strong enough to hold it to the plastic part of the shoe. I assume they will work as flat slip-ons but the price I paid is not worth leaving them with
