These sketchers are described as fitting loose. Reading reviews, customers said this was a classic fit when they received their shoes. The name of these sneakers is Relaxed Fit. It's been like this for almost 2 years now. Why can't anyone change the description that says classic fits. When I called support they said there was nothing they could do. This is terrible customer service. You are about to lose a disgruntled customer.

The advert still says 'Relaxed Fit' but it's a classic fit (and you can even see it in one of the photos. They fit comfortably though ) .I usually wear a 9.5 but my feet are a little wider than average. Unfortunately the options are limited to wide or "E" shoes so I bought them in 10's. The upper helps them conform to my wider feet a bit more than other materials, so they suit me. The taupe color is as close to white as possible. Normally I want wide shoes, which is difficult with the different styles from Skechers. Luckily I read reviews prior to purchasing that this shoe has a CLASSIC fit, not the RELAX fit advertised. I look at the inside of the shoe and it clearly says CLASSIC FIT. Normally I would order 9.5 from RELAXED. Very comfortable and beautiful. Strangely, they don't have traction to speak of. In our house all floors are hard and it's a weird feeling when the shoes slip with every step/push. You have to be very careful when going down the stairs. I almost slipped and broke my neck. I'm not sure I would recommend them to others. Update: 1 week owned and they are unusable.
