A great golf assistant for those on their way to perfection.

Excellent, complete and easy to use. The battery lasts forever and the WiFi update makes everything so easy. I also love the scorecard and stat tracking features!

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

Almost all the information I want to see is on one screen.

Looks pretty strong. The brightness is good and I like that I can easily adjust the brightness. Easy to use and really good display. A much more comfortable size than the SX500. The same graphic. The only improvement to the device would be the inclusion of a tilt adjustment/compensation.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • Functionality

We have the best golf gps navigators.

Too much information on the screen and difficult to see. Pairing was very difficult, I had to call support. It seemed to offer enough meters, but the numbers are too small to see on the main screen. On a positive note, the case was solid and felt good in the hand. When you look at the cons, and there are many, and add the need to pay an annual fee, there are far better golf GPS navigators for your hard-earned money. I don't recommend this one.

Not very functional and difficult to use

I bought this unit to replace an old Garmin that broke. I couldn't connect my home wifi and when connected to USB I found that there were no courses preinstalled which means you need to know which course you are going to play. I sometimes go to a local course while driving, so it's a no-no. There is also an annual fee. On the course the GPS and distances are fine, but the inability to widen the fairway and gauge things up close is a step backwards from the old Garmin. Overpriced and too…

One of the worst products I have ever bought

This product is huge and chunky. It does not come with a belt clip. Even if it is, it can throw you off balance. It is very difficult to use and navigate. Worst of all, they tell you in very small letters that sustained use requires a membership, which costs $60 a year. They supposedly pay for the first year. They will send you a card to prepay for the first year. But even with chat support, they couldn't activate this card and refused to do it properly. This raises another problem. There is no

Horrible UX: Sports & Handheld GPS

Very simple things.1. Can't you see what hole I'm playing, par 3, par 4, par 5? Isn't that the foundation of foundations? 2. The whole opening view is the default screen that the user stays on most of the time. Then there should be a shortcut that can jump straight from any screen or setting to hole view. You have to go through a few steps to show the hole again. Even a dedicated button at the bottom would be a good idea, but overall the UX isn't very efficient and user-friendly. UX engineers…

Everything you hate about technology in one bottle

I don't like anything about the SX400 so far. Let's start by noting that the screen isn't the claimed 4 inches, it's actually only 3 and 5/8 inches. I couldn't register my SX400 on the device so I tried their website and it was problematic so I ended up registering on the SX400. The simple registration took over an hour. So many sync issues and connection errors I've lost count. Now I've been doing this for over 2 hours, so I'll get back to work the next morning. It keeps failing to find my…
