Based on our own experience, this CB radio display is just what we needed! It's clear and easy to read, even in low light conditions. Very misleading. Only has a range of 200 feet. A license is required for these unnamed radio stations. I will say that the customer support was very responsive and answered the question quickly.

The reason for the bad rating is that the two radios I bought were not programmed and did not come with the necessary Motorola programming software. Many of the features advertised by this radio must be programmed into the radio. I need this program and I don't know where to get it. The radios themselves are well made and very durable. They transmit and receive on the same channel that came with it. If I had known that this software was necessary I would never have bought these radios.
