quality product. I may be an idiot, but .

Quality product. I could be an idiot, but I think I had to deviate slightly from the instructions: for the rear door, it said to throw away the seals, but I had to use a few to latch the door properly.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Something different

Quality item - locking devices

I bought it for my glass and it didn't even take 30 minutes to install. The instructions are simple and it's just one screw. The only thing I had to do was cut my seal. Generally very happy.

Pros
  • nice thing
Cons
  • not reliable

Quality product. I could be an idiot, but I think I had to deviate from the instructions a bit: for the tailgate, it was a matter of discarding the seals, but I had to use a few for the door to latch properly.

Pros
  • Few competitors

Slick locks are the perfect complement to standard security gear

Easy to install, no drilling required, all parts are stainless steel and aluminum and will not rust. Can they be hacked or cut off? probably, but any other puck can block as well. These are all limiting factors. Together with the alarm system, that's more than enough. So far I've installed it on three machines.

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Almost never

Almost Working: Closure Devices

I have a 2012 Chevy Express with a sliding door. Unfortunately, slick locks didn't work on my particular car. The inside of my sliding door has factory plastic panels and I don't have enough clearance to open my sliding door with the Slick Locks brackets installed. It looks like they designed this to match a bare metal door with no factory trim. If you have a sliding door with factory trim, you will need to discard the trim when installing slick latches. Alternatively, you can drill a few holes
