Terrible bi-fold roller, save your money!

As a new buyer looking for a reliable door hardware solution, I was incredibly disappointed with this product. As a result of using this product, I found that it easily broke down and caused more damage to my door than it fixed. The lack of quality control and durability was clear from the moment I started to install it. Despite being marketed as a tool for home improvement, this product did not live up to its promises.

From my closet to yours

Exactly what I needed but couldn't find it in store. Very easy to install as what should have been there was completely missing. I'm very glad I didn't have to change the whole system.

Packaging label error

Interesting though. The door roller I ordered was supposed to be 11/16 inch. In diameter. Imagine my dismay when the box said 3/4 inch. However, it didn't look like it, so I measured it. Track.
