Works well but weak

This thing did exactly what I wanted it to do. It offered extended sun protection on both the front and sides, reduced glare when the sun hit the windshield or side glass, and retracted when I didn't need it. The only problem was that he hadn't done such things in a very long time. It is so weakly built that it breaks or wears out in a very short time. There are more expensive options, but judging by the pictures they look about the same, so I'm not sure if any of them will be better or not. I…

Not for visors

Great idea ruined by crappy product quality. The tint part of me was completely scratched. Also, it's just a cheap transparent film. Plastic with additional color. It is non-polarized and does not filter glare. This means it really does block or filter your vision, just like sunglasses do. It's awful, but my first clue should have been the $10 price tag. The only good thing is that I don't have that I don't have a problem with the strap like everyone else, mine looks like it's longer and fits…

Pros
  • Reaches a whopping 9" that your visor can't reach
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Cheap but helps

So I did what the other reviewer suggested and removed the tinted part - it's not very dark. I checked it this morning and it blocked the sun by going past my sun visor. So I'm happy with that part. However, the straps are very short, for those with a large sun visor they will be a bit short. It's also a cheaper material and mine came a little warped. A day in the sun seems to have just made it and now it's sliding free. So I didn't want to pay a lot but I wanted something like this to extend…

Not as much. in visors

I've wanted one of these for a long time, especially when driving in autumn and spring when the sun hits my face, which makes driving easier little dangerous and I think it does the job, but I wouldn't recommend this particular type: it's a bit flimsy and might not last long in a hot car. - The thin horizontal strips holding the side rail would probably come first. The most annoying issues I have with this item are: 2. It makes the sun visor heavy so it doesn't press against the windshield or…

  • Retractable visor moves left or right
