Works for 15lb shi pom

Finally, he's not the first one done! This bowl was larger than I anticipated, but it works just fine. He doesn't have any problem getting his food, it just slows him down a little. Instead of 30 seconds to eat, it took him almost 2 minutes. I was hoping that it would get him to actually chew his food. But I don't think that's happening. Not the bowl's fault though. I'm happy with my purchase.

Rubber pads have awful petroleum smell

Love the bowl but it doesn’t hold 1 1/2 cups of dry dog food. I feed my dog half at a time. I like the bowl and it does not have an odor but the glue used in the rubber pads on the bottom I have a horrible chemical odor and the glue is very sticky. It took several washings and much soaking to remove the glue from the bowl and the rubber pads. Then I use super glue to reattach them. Finally the terrible petroleum smell is gone!

It Has Worked! for my opinion

The dish has at least tripled the time it takes for Molly, my GSP puppy to eat her meal. It is also very sturdy as Molly tries to chew the dish as dessert after her main course. Not even a dent in the dish, thank goodness.

Does its job but it's more to clean. I'd buy it again.

This has really helped slow down my puppy's feeding. But it's more to clean. However, the material wipes down easy and the design makes wiping it out easy due to the round edges inside as opposed to sharp corners where food could be hard to remove.

Strong choice on my review.

Good puzzle bowl. We got it for our 50 ish pound dog and he has no issue getting all the food out without assistance. I did take away a star because it says non-slip, but it does slide around a little bit on laminate flooring. Not a huge issue. I would recommend for any of your speed eaters out there!

Slows the puppy WAY down

It works perfect. Just what we needed. It slowed our 5 month old chow hound from sucking in her food in 2.9 seconds flat. She hast to work for it and takes at least 3-4 minutes.

My dog can still eat pretty quickly out of this bowl. It only slows him down about 20%. But not terrible for the price I paid.

Cute and perfect: my feedback

We have med size dogs. Both weigh 40ish lbs. This bowl slows their eating, and they run to the bowl as soon as I put ot down. They have both roamed around prior to eating. Now, dinner time is at 6pm, and I better be ready.

not large at all in my review

i ordered a Large Dark Blue slow feeder for my 9 month old Labrador Retriever, Pitbull, and Rottweiler mix. however, the bowl is tiny and he cannot fit his nose and mouth into the bowl to get his food. i would recommend this be updated because the sizes are highly inaccurate. truly disappointed with this.

Worth the buy - my new review

Everything about this was perfect except it was way too big and didn’t fit inside my dogs bowl which is why I returned it! This thing is sturdy! You can’t bend it and it’s definitely worth the buy. (Just make sure it fits!)

Our dog Sassy was a rescue dog and ate so fast she would burp loudly, she now eats at a normal rate. It easier to clean than I expected!

did make puppy slow down when eating. not recommended for heavy chewers. broke off pieces from bottom of dish and chewed ridges into the rest.
