Bought for my 2 dogs and tried it for the first time today (see photo). It is very easy to use - attach it and easily adjust its length so that the dog can sit comfortably, sleep or look out the window. Recommend! Thank you!

I agree with others that the headrest should be used with a harness and not a collar. My dog got out of the car excitedly and would choke if the headrest was on the collar. The restraint system prevents my dog from running through the back seat and jumping into the front seat. She can still stand, sit or lie comfortably. She hasn't moved that much since I tied her up.

On short trips I wrapped my dog's leash around the rear seat headrest. I love this item because I can easily clip it around the headrest. The length is adjustable so I was able to adjust it just enough so she couldn't get out of the seat when she was buckled in her seat belts. Because it is stretchable, it will reduce injury in the event of an unfortunate collision. I highly recommend it.

We were on a trip and I needed something to protect my pups during the trip. They attach around the seat's headrest and are therefore easy to use. They are long enough for puppies to move and be comfortable, yet keep them secure. What I really like about pet harnesses is that I can keep them in my seats all the time. When another passenger is seated, I just fold the straps back onto the seat and they don't get in the way.

Why hasn't I thought to check out Revain for a long time? In the car I kept my dog on a leash and wrapped the leash around the headrest which meant getting tangled in the leash, constantly pulling on the leash. such a pain. That solves this mess! I've been using this harness for about a month but only for a short trip from home to the vet. Yesterday was the first day I used it for a longer trip (3 hours). I don't know why my dog was panicking, but he jumped up, wrapped the harness around his neck and stomach, and started panting. Her little belly looked like it was about to burst. So my little crossover SUV was hit by a big** van going 45mph when I made a left turn . My 75 pound dog was on the side of the car that was hit but was strapped into the back seat. On impact, I heard her choke a bit, but when I could check her, she just slid off the seat and onto the other side.
