Be careful when opening! Cartridges are very full! One fell off and the ink spilled on the carpet!

But I got on it right away and Resolve cleaned it up. So this was my first ink setup on my new Canon TR 8520. Easy to do, no reports of incompatibilities or other issues so far. I did a head alignment, printed a few pages and everything seems fine. I'll keep an eye out for leaks, but for now everything looks as advertised. Happy with the product!

This ink is compatible with my printer and is of good quality.

Smart Ink is a great alternative to very expensive Canon inks. Also, because the smart cartridges are XXL, you get longer-lasting ink at a much lower price. The quality is also on par with original Canon inks. I also had no problems recognizing the cartridges from the printer.

Excellent customer service

I don't usually write reviews but I have to. I had a problem with one of the cartridges, the printer didn't recognize it. I emailed Smartink customer service and to my surprise, received an immediate response. Julia from support reacted with genuine concern. With some back and forth between the two of us we solved the problem. It was nice to deal with someone who cared and knew how to get things done. Thank you Smartinka and Julia.

They work in my TS9120

I bought these to replace the cartridges that came with my new Canon TS9120. When installed, they were recognized as a full XXL cartridge and I have printed about 6 pages so far and have not noticed any errors. There is no photo print yet, but if there are any issues I will update my review. Basically, they just worked as they should, which unfortunately isn't always the case with counterfeit cartridges. When my husband bought me a new printer, I was appalled at the cost of the ink. I type A LOT. I looked at the types of gas stations with my own hands, but for this model I could not find any guaranteed working ones. Then I came across this ad and at the time there were only 8 reviews on Amazon but positive ones. Finally a worthy replacement for branded ink!

Until recently there were no unbranded 280/281 inks from Canon and a full set cost over $100 when buying branded inks. I ended up refilling the ink into the original tanks which is very cheap BUT the printer keeps complaining about empty cartridges which is quite a hassle every time I try to print.
