They work just like the original HP cartridges that came with my printer when I bought it. Colors are actually better represented than standard HP cartridges. The pink ones look bolder in comparison. They were easy to install and I had no problems. They have been carefully packaged to ensure no ink spills during shipping and arrival. The ink levels are the same as a standard HP cartridge but I find this to be the best value to help you save money.

They're better than new. They print great and I've had no issues with this brand unlike some others I've tried. They even tell me through Alexa if I need to order more. I love her Revised review. Only after 5 pages does the machine say the ink cartridges are incompatible and won't print even after I unload and reload.

bought these instead of HP cartridges which historically, for me at least, haven't held up very well. I gave a three star durability rating as they were purchased new and I have not been able to determine how long they will last. I know they outperformed the starter cartridges that came with the printer. I can definitely recommend it at the moment.

The black cartridge works, but it gives error messages, misfires and ink does not come out, and the print quality (intensity) sometimes changes. Now the color cartridge didn't work at all. I didn't come back either because I didn't want to run the gauntlet that entailed, but I learned my lesson. Saving 25 cents can be more expensive than throwing away a dollar.

This is the second time I've tried them. They worked fine with my old HP printer, but my new HP Envy 5055 wouldn't print with them. The printer said the cartridge is not compatible with the printer. The ad said the cartridges would fit. Waste of money but I bet 3 because they worked before. I ordered an HP cartridge and it worked fine.

Bought these to replace my new printer. Only one was accepted by the printer, and even then not for long. The supplier was supposed to replace but didn't receive them. Went to the store and bought HP cartridges. UPDATE: Received replacement cartridges for color and black. Good luck this time. Thank you for completing our order.

I ordered combination cartridges and received them very quickly. They weren't compatible with my printer so I emailed them and a rep contacted me right away. Turns out I ordered the wrong kit for my printer. They sent me the correct cartridges and I received them in 2 days. They work perfectly! Having just received them I don't know how long they will last. Customer service was excellent!

When my ink was about half gone, I went ahead and ordered another pack of ink. The second batch didn't work AT ALL on my printer :( I bought another printer thinking it might be the printer itself as like I said it worked great the first time.
