I bought this for my husband as a present. He loved it but we didn't understand what a fiasco it was to use and clean it. The buns did not fit in the bun toasting portion (small, regular grocery store buns) and were burned throughout the interior of the toasting mechanism. Since the bun was burned inside, it had to be cleaned. We cleaned everything we could and then put it back in the box to keep on the shelf. We will never use it again and only show it to people who ask for it sometimes.

I bought this for my husband as a gift to take home. I absolutely hate hot dogs and thought this would be a good way for him to enjoy them without using one of my pots or the microwave to stink the house. That works great. It comes apart, easy to clean, and my husband loved the hot dogs. You may need to toast the buns a few times if you're like my husband who used sourdough and pretzel buns. Very cheap device. We were hoping for the best from this device, but like other reviewers we felt that it looked nice but was cheaply made. We also found that hot dogs had to be made twice, once without the bun and the second time with the bun. Also, the cord is not shown, which is on the front of snoopy, but on the back, so that small hands do not pull on the cord.
