Support for technology is awful. Since I've had Alice, today marks the 34th day since I received her, and I'm sad to report that not a single issue has been resolved. I will elaborate on these further in the following remarks.
Because I only received one letter (Step 1 of 3, Getting to know Alice), and the remaining letters did not arrive, I do not know what capabilities Alice possesses. Obviously, I was able to locate communities and wikis, but even on those platforms, not everything was explained. I don't remember why I did it, but I randomly substituted music for my alarm clock, and then I struggled for three days to get the default sound back. Regarding this topic, there is no information available.
Push does not send.
When you pronounce commands, it will sometimes opt to act independently, in which case it will refuse to work and waste time. Despite that, it can be quite comical at times.
Since we were unable to fix the push notifications, 69 days have gone. I believe that this is excessive, especially given the lack of help from them. And despite the fact that I enjoy the column, I gave it only one star because it ignored me.
There has been no progress made in the last 110 days, and receiving technical support does not resolve the issue.
143 days have gone, and the technical support team continues to post updates regarding the ongoing issues without providing any solutions. Push is not working, "What's new?" is not working, and there are various bugs in the scripts.
