Great resource for tracking and storing information related to insurance policies

I like that it has helped us keep track with our certificates so far! It's been helpful in making sure we are always up to date as well keeping all records right at hand when needed most! Nothing yet but if they added some more features such as being able add photos or video clips etc..this would be great!! A must have tool!! We use this product daily while working within insurances industry helping insure clients get proper coverage & pay less premium fees than what was quoted originally…

Pros
  • Easy access for quick look ups
  • Easily accessible from PC, laptop computers& mobile devices (smartphone)
  • Provides info about each certificate along wth contact information regarding original insurance carrier providing coverage.
  • Can easily export data into Excel format useful feature since customer can import excel spreadsheets directly back onto their system instead having them rekeying everything manually again through another portal.
  • This is very convenient considering there may already exist

Convenient way organize documents: SmartCompliance

I like that you can manage all of your certificates in one place. It's very customizable and you can add as many modules as you need - there are lots of them and they've been added over time to fit my needs! There isn't much to dislike about this product; it's been helpful and convenient for me. I would definitely recommend trying it out for free first!   • The fact most everything is easy to use
  • All information available at once without having multiple spreadsheets with different tabs open
  • Easy searching, sorting/filtering options.
  • Ability (in certain circumstances) do make changes within fields suchas dates etc..while viewing certificate details page insteadof just editing from another tab / excel sheet while being promptedwith "Save Changes" option

Easy and straightforward CRM system for your small business

It's very user friendly - I can easily navigate through it to find what i'm looking f or as simple tasking such as renewals etc without having too many clicks! The customer service team are always willing t o help with any questions you may have so far been able from them we don't need anyone else at this point in time due they've helped us when required which has made our life easier than ever!! Nothing really that stands out but overall everything works well together! Great product if used…
