Action camera adapter, remote control and selfie stick all very good. From what I've tried they work well, except I don't have an action camera to use with the adapter. I actually bought it to attach my baby monitor to the side of my crib. I use a flexible tripod and a smartphone adapter for this. The tripod is stable and the adapter holds the baby monitor well. What would be better are slightly longer tripod legs as the wood on the crib has a thicker side.

Actually, I'm grateful that the tripod broke the same day I received it. I was able to return it immediately and buy another tripod. There's a new model of goosenecks that don't rely on the "pod" method for flexibility, and I think they're much better. Also, this tripod doesn't have a portrait mode option for the phone.
