It is durable and therefore easy to clean. I just take it to the backyard and shake the carpet off the lawn. Doesn't stop my cat from tracking down dirt outside of the mat. I have to use the dust bag at least twice a day with this blanket too. I would like to know about a product that prevents litter tracking throughout the home.

Bought 2 and they arrived with a thick oily film that was extremely difficult to wash off and still smells bad after over a month. They are difficult to clean as the cat litter gets caught in the webbing. I took one outside to try and shake the litter off the net and it broke in two places. The plastic is still leaking oil. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Already had to be replaced with stronger, better quality silicone mats that work.

Seems to be working. This rug is used in front of the "popular" tray next to the lower stairs. So tired of stepping on garbage all the time, chasing it down the stairs and sweeping it every day. During the week that this rug was on our feet were dirt free! It is used in front of a high walled litter box so cats have only one entry and exit and the screen encourages them to walk the full length of the mat. there was no problem with initial curls or wrinkles, it was smooth and flat straight away.

Black XL perfect for 1-2 cats. We have a dirty little sphinx cat and he seems to like it a lot. He holds a lot of litter, which helps him get rid of his paws and keeps him from flying all over the house. We previously had a semi-circular gray toilet mat made by Arm & Hammer from our local Walmart. The Arm & Hammer toilet rug was undersized, oddly shaped and not as attractive as this one. This mat is very cute, and the design of the little cat in the corner is unobtrusive but cute. I've had it for about a week now and the rug is doing a great job of keeping my pet's room clean. My cat is very dirty and every day I found I had to sweep her territory. She just loves to shovel garbage everywhere. I can already see the difference. I personally didn't like this carpet. It catches dirt decently, feels durable, and the material is pretty soft. I still have a constant trail of debris leading back up from the box. I didn't find it very easy to clean due to the material and size. I shook out the trash and vacuumed, but there was always some dirt in there. When moving, debris also stuck to the ground. I bought this black rug to replace an aging toilet rug that I have had for years. It's been a few days and this new mat is now working way better than any other toilet mat I've had. I usually wake up every morning with a floor full of litter (my cat uses the litter box at night) but I have found that since I put this mat in place there is very little litter to sweep up except for a small amount at the bottom of the Mat.
