SMOICE is the invoicing program with which service providers can generate invoices at the push of a button. They offer a fluent process of service entry, practice invoicing at the push of a button and automatic posting of open items from the bank account.

The software is easy to use and has many features.

This is actually pretty decent. I have been using their free version for awhile now, and i was impressed with the ease of use and functionality of the program. I decided to upgrade to their paid version due to some limitations that were present in the free version (i.e., invoice generation for specific clients, client-based payment processing, etc.). However, I am a bit disappointed in the overall quality of the application. In particular, the customer portal does not seem to be properly…

Pros
  • I am impressed with the amount of functionality available in this package
  • There is a fairly robust API that makes building additional functionality easy
Cons
  • The customer portal integration leaves a lot to be desired
  • While it offers basic invoice creation, it doesn't offer basic invoicing capabilities like line item splitting, or invoice grouping.
