The ability for us as an agency/brand owner to have access via our account manager (Vicky) was great! She helped guide me through my first month of using this platform by answering any questions I had along the way. While it's not perfect - there are some things that could be improved upon in terms of ease of use or features available within each section. For example, we were able to create new pages but couldn't edit them once they've been created which made sense given how SMYNC works…

The ability to have access to the platform via a single account manager is the best part of the platform

The lack of features for creating custom landing pages which requires a little extra work to build them from scratch
The best part of this platform for me personally was that I could share my thoughts about companies as well! It's not really anything in particular but it seems like there should be more features within their software because I feel like they are missing some key aspects which would make things easier overall.
There isn't much at all that I dislike when using this so far other than maybe having an additional feature or two added here and again that may just lead to better customer support from
Very attentive in providing excellent service without feeling like I needlessly ask for things through email or have multiple phone conversations throughout my project life when problems arise that are not solved right away via telephone callbacks! The system allows our team of marketing experts across 5 different offices (NYC Office & Boston) from 7 countries around North America collaborate while using it as well!! It took some getting used too but its super helpful especially if you've never
