Didn't work well with Mac Book Pro 16

Liked the form factor but the connections kept dropping. I wasn't using external power, but I was plugging a very low power device (a headphone receiver) into just one port and still kept dropping connections. Not worth the money, better buy more trusted brands that work.

Essential when you need more USB ports

Quality and durable cable looks good enough to take with you, but isn't too long for travel. I had enough ports to connect 4 devices. Use it on a Windows tablet for keyboard, mouse and flash drives. Makes my tablet fully functional. Very happy with this purchase.

Excellent customer service, product works

I recorded and tested this USB hub and found that only 3 out of 4 ports worked. I emailed the company and they are sending a replacement! 3 ports work fine with my devices but I need a 4th. I am happy with the product with 3 working ports and great customer service! Thank you!

Very easy to set up and switch connections

I bought two of these as I work on three laptops at the same time and it gave me access to ports for a keyboard for each system. I can use it to access any drives I want to connect and the port layout is perfect for using the two side ports for permanent devices and the top ports for switching from system to system. Excellent purchase.

Ok USB hub. on hubs

Not very impressed yet. Works well with a wireless keyboard, mouse and Bluetooth adapter but seems to have some issues when a card reader is also connected. The same applies to the keyboard button and the connected external HD. The power supply may not be sufficient, but the "User's Guide" does not provide details on the external power supply requirements. If anything changes after updating my setup, I'll update that.
