Full compliance with the manufacturers assurances, high quality.

Installed well on the hdd sled, holes in the right places. ATX CoolerMaster case. It also worked for the Crucial BX SSD. The bolts didn't quite fit the drive perfectly. However, they are established and hold tight.

Pros
  • Metal fastening. Installed in a sled for hdd, fit for a Crucial BX drive.

High-quality product, the price corresponds to the quality.

In my opinion, even soft metal is better than liquid plastic. When everything is assembled (twisted) and in a PC case, then a completely rigid structure is obtained. Pros: In general, a good adapter. Material - metal. Mounting holes match. You can attach 2 discs. Screws included for 2 drives. Has some cons Soft metal, bends easily. The metal could be a little thicker. There are no 90 degrees in the bending places at the corners (they didn’t bend during production), I had to bend it a little.

A practical product, nothing to complain about.

I specially took this mount for mounting 2 x 2.5 SSDs in a 3.5 bay in my NAS. But I ran into a problem, in my case, mounting in the 3.5 bay is possible only with long screws, the screws included with the case were only suitable for mounting the HDD 3.5, which are in no way suitable for this fastener. I had to , select M3 screws of the required length and washers for them to mount this fastener

Pros
  • Mounting 2 SDD / HDD for 2.5 in 1 bay for 3.5 drives
Cons
  • Fasteners in the 3.5 bay with M3 * 5 screws, which are designed to mount drives on 2.5

But seriously, I was oddly intrigued by those Velcro straps. In fact, I like this adapter, especially considering its low cost. Everything fits and it does what it should. But I have one piece of advice. Difficult to install the bottom drive bay. It's just kind of the nature of things. But if you more or less hold the screw with two fingers and push it all the way in with the supplied screwdriver, you'll eventually get it. If for some reason you must use a right angle SATA cable like I did…

Fits well but not perfect

This adapter consistently gets 4 stars just because it works and it's the same size as a 3.5" hard drive. I used it for a Crucial SSD that now lives in a desktop computer. the adapter comes with screws that are actually too small for realistic use and it seemed to me that the screw threads were wrong. I had to use my own screws to attach the SSD to the adapter. The SSD fits, but the holes don't match the SSD drive. Can this adapter be better for 2.5" mechanical hard drives? I do not know. And I

Pros
  • Worth the money
Cons
  • Too stupid

Custom Drive Holes

The mount will fit, but the holes for the 3.5" portion of the mount are smaller than standard. Screws are included, which is good. But who else uses screws for hard drives? Fast/toolless/etc. Cases assume standard screw hole sizes. Because these holes are smaller, tool-less fasteners will not work. I'm just going to drill holes in these brackets to make them a little bigger so that's fixable. But of course this renders the holes unusable with screws (which is fine, never plan on using screws on

  • Great Design

Not what I expected

This bracket is shorter than other rectangular brackets I've used for the intended job with no problem. It's basically designed to mount a 2.5" drive in the middle of a 3.5" drive bay, and in my case the bracket was too far back or too deep in the drive bay for the drive to power of the second connected hard disk. the same cable. So instead of ordering a power strip and another SATA cable, or throwing them away altogether, I drilled two new holes further down the bracket to bring the bracket…

Very thin and curved

Very thin, lightweight design, just a little more foil. Badly bent during transport. The manufacturer must either use a more rigid material or add packaging. I would have preferred a stiffer solid construction. The quality of the metal is either pot metal or aluminium, heavier steel is recommended. I was able to bend it back into shape and install it using just my fingers, but it's not entirely secure due to the thin construction. One thing that worries me is that the drive trays serve a…
