Snappy plug cutters produce a tapered plug, so you get a tight fit with no glue needed. The chamfered nose makes it easy to get the plug started into the bore. Four precision-milled angles on each of the four flutes ensure a smooth cut and a tight-fitting, consistent taper. Heat-treated to provide excellent wear resistance and a long cutting life. Great tool! for drill press parts and accessories

Ideal tool for making composite deck dowels. Take your leftovers and make caps for the screw holes you need to make. Save on buying the wrong shade and color of candles. Just don't press too hard on the notch of the connector. As I entered the material, I pressed firmly and cut off the top of the plunger. Stepped back and the top of the fork was square and flat at the top. I will no longer buy candles.

Well done. Made in the USA.

The knife seemed sharp to me immediately. Runout was excellent, which wasn't always the case with hex shank tools. I cut the plugs from a 1/4 thick ABS/PVC blend to make repairing damage and misaligned holes in the plastic parts easier. I make car bodies out of plastic. I've noticed many complaints about the sharpness of the other cork cutting tools listed at Revain. Looking at close-ups of the cutters, it became clear that most of them needed additional honing to work, or never got a chance to
