Love that it came in its own case. It's a bit tricky, so follow the instructions when you put it in the water. I grind my teeth a lot and they usually hurt in the morning. It has helped stop that and my occasional snoring when I'm overwhelmed :)

Not too bulky, easy to shape. No aftertaste. Not sure if the product is to blame but it doesn't work very well for me as an anti snoring/jaw alignment device as I wake up with my mouth open and the device is completely out of place which defeats the purpose. Maybe I'll wrap a big scarf around my mouth first? 🤣

I have to say I was surprised. It has completely eliminated my snoring. It takes a few nights for your jaw to get used to the feeling and I was in pain at first. But the mouthpiece can be modified and I just kept it as long as it was comfortable and still worked. I love it and it has been the best thing to get rid of my snoring.

As someone with sleep apnea who cannot tolerate CPAP, one of the last things I did to help my condition was a mouthpiece that might help me stop snoring. The Suibety mouthguard is easy to put on, works really well and I feel like I sleep better. It's a very reasonable price and I highly recommend you try it!

Why this isn't the best snow product in the world is beyond me. Needs some adjustment for a comfortable fit. But it really works. Buy a few. Directions are shaky/Chinese/English. After you've done the first, you'll learn the fugue, or how to actually do it, and you'll need the second to perfect it. So at least 2. The first one is wasted trying to figure it out. This size is ideal for women and small people. However, for tall men, it should be larger. I mean mouth size.
