Disappointing Performance of Concrete Drill Bit

I purchased a drill bit for concrete drilling in the category of industrial and scientific cutting tools. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I found this product to be ineffective and a complete waste of money. While it managed to make some progress, it struggled to cut through tougher sections and left a messy hole. The only positive is that it's made of carbide, but that's not enough to make up for its lack of functionality.

Pros
  • Made of carbide
Cons
  • Ineffective on tougher sections.

Cannot recommend these bits for heavy duty work

Good bits for drilling holes in hadit blocks. Not suitable for punching holes in old 7-bag concrete. Unassuming performance of the Milwaukee 1/2" drill bit with punch option. Throw those drill bits away and switch to a Dewalt SDS bit in a cheap cargo port rock drill bit. Never mind!

Pros
  • Brick, Concrete and Blocks
Cons
  • Package Drilling

Poor drilling in concrete

I bought these drill bits to drill concrete with a hammer drill. I bought well-known brands of drill bits from a large store nearby. Using brand name drill bits I was able to drill about six holes before each bit seemed to lose effectiveness in my 18 volt hammer drill. I bought these drills because they were a lot cheaper. After using up branded drills, I switched to these drills. I immediately noticed a drop in performance and struggled to drill each hole with an 18v hammer drill, which worked

Pros
  • Used with standard drill bit
Cons
  • Slightly cracked
