    Thicker than stated, brand does not inspire confidence

    It really is 304 stainless steel so they get points for it. My 8-32 screws screwed in well too, so more points for that too. The diameter appears to be within specs, but the thickness is slightly different (about 10%). They don't list tolerances for their advertised sizes, so I can't say for sure if this is within their company's tolerances or not.
