Fridge not working and cheaply made

Fridge not working. Also, it's very cheap plastic. The speakers make a popping noise when switched on. The top is cheap laminate and it's blowing/peeling. I called customer service about the fridge and they had no idea what was going on. They just told me to try and return. What does it mean to try? I paid $800 for this piece of junk and should I try to get it back? Pathetic and mugging.

Amazing Desk - WiFi issues and drawer lock?

So yes, this table has all the bells and whistles. Headlights, speakers, radiators, etc. In general, everything is very good. However, as others have mentioned, I ran into issues when trying to connect the device to my Wi-Fi network. I have multiple smart devices at home and setting up this table disabled all of my Aqara Hub products. Forces me to reconfigure automation in HomeKit. Anyway, I have one more question. Shouldn't one of the drawers be locked? I don't see this function in the app…
