I bought three of these to use in our Fireworks fundraiser tents and they all worked perfectly. I was fortunate to learn that only Socket Series 7 scanners have been approved for use on the iPad with the Square POS app.

We bought this to use with our square app for iPhone/iPad. The connection is very complicated, the application does not recognize it, you scan the barcode in the application and nothing.
