Very helpful tool and great customer service

I like that you can easily create reports with all kinds of different options, including graphs! It's easy for me as an office manager/office assistant who does not have much experience in computers or using computer applications such as this one, but it would help if there was more user-friendly features (such as having less steps). This program has helped us greatly because we are able to see our field samples so quickly without needing anyone else at my job site during these times when…

Pros
  • Relatively quick results compared other software programs used by others.
  • Graphs shown along side data fields providing information needed while generating report pages,
  • Easy accessability due its location within "My Documents" folder under Windows 10 operating system environment., etc
Cons
  • Not always very intuitive; some learning curve required.
  • Some confusion between entering actual soil depths vs calculated values
