Hair nutrients with L-cysteine. They said to take 2 capsules a day. They were small and easy to swallow but 2 made me so stressed I couldn't work. I took 1 a day for a month. Not only was I exhausted and unable to eat, I lost more hair that month than in the 6 months I didn't take them. I ordered 2 bottles, sent the 2nd unopened bottle back. I won't buy this again.
