It's easy to use - we've used it from start-up through ticketing up until now at our most recent event (3 years). The customer service is excellent! And they're very responsive too with any of your enquiries or concerns that come along way down their long journeyman route so far as I can tell!! If there was anything i would like improved then perhaps more integration into other systems such platforms? Nothing specific really just everything works together well but maybe if some integrationsβ¦
