It's easy to use - we've used it from start-up through ticketing up until now at our most recent event (3 years). The customer service is excellent! And they're very responsive too with any of your enquiries or concerns that come along way down their long journeyman route so far as I can tell!! If there was anything i would like improved then perhaps more integration into other systems such platforms? Nothing specific really just everything works together well but maybe if some integrations were better than others eases things slightly where compatibility could be an issue eg; Ticketmaster vs RMT etc.. We are using this primarily because 1) They do all 3 main elements ie Festival Management/ticket sales & booking plus content creation 2.) Their support team has been amazing throughout each project over time which allows us flexibility when making changes midstream without having significant impact elsewhere within my organisation due mainly thanks go out them supporting me during those times :).
