Solid Practice Makes My Life Easier

The best thing about solid practice is that it has all of my patient's information in one place which makes life easier for me as well! I dislike how sometimes you have to go back into your computer or tablet just so they can see their info again if needed but other than those two things its great!! It helps us keep track with our patients medical records easily without having them come down here multiple times every visit because we don't always know what medications are being taken at home vs

Pros
  • Very user friendly app easy access anytime day & night 24 hours 7 days 365!!! Great way to store personal health data such as prescriptions medication allergies ect..

Wonderful experience, great service and support

The team is always quick to respond with any questions you have along your journey of implementing EPIC which has made it easier for me as an administrator knowing that I can call or email my consultant anytime! It was hard finding someone familiar enough in our industry (healthcare) but not so much anymore once they were onboard :) Sometimes we need time between sessions/calls just like humans do :). Nothing really comes to mind other than being able to reach out at all hours makes life easy…

Pros
  • Fast response, great support staff.
  • Easy transition process when changing consultants / vendors; seamless experience overall
Cons
  • Not sure if there could be some better integration wth Epic

Great experience and helpful customer support

The ease of use to access my medical records in one place makes it very convenient for me as I am always traveling with or without patients/clients during business trips that are not easily accessible when using other software like EMR's! It is also easy enough so non-medical staff can utilize this product too if needed which saves time & money while maintaining high standards at all times within our organization (ie no patient data left lying around). Nothing really - but there isn't anything

Overall good software, user friendly and accessible

I like that it is easy to find what you need in one place with no searching through multiple systems or apps for different pieces of information! It can be difficult at times when trying navigate between sections but once there we are able get right where ever needed without having go back too far down our list from before making an entry into another section - this helps save time which makes my job easier as well!! We have been using solidpractice since 2013 (and love them) however they just…

  • along side other employee's schedules/time off requests all together easily accessible within 1 system instead of 2 separate ones..very simple user interface.easy accessability across devices including mobile app versions also available.great customer service support team who helped me tremendously during transition process over recent years after previous employer went out business...keep up good work guys ! :)

Solid Practice Easy To Use, User Friendly

The best part about solidpractice is that it's easy to use for all levels of users - from entry-level employees with no medical experience up through CMIO/CIOs who are used to managing large IT environments! It has been difficult at times trying to find answers in our own system or looking online but their customer support team always responds quickly when we need help navigating an issue within SP (or any other product). There isn't anything I dislike so far; however there could be more…
